To Aunt Robyn...

I'm trying to get as many pictures posted as possible so I can turn this blog into a book for Sienna's first birthday. So I apologize if there are just way to many updates. I picked up another roll of film and found new pictures I wanted to make sure go in the book. The main purpose of this blog is to keep a record for Sienna, so here are more pictures of the Princess... This is for Sienna's favorite Aunt Robyn. I have told her repeatedly that she can come visit her whenever she wants WITHOUT buying another pair of glasses.... She just never listens to me. I am starting a frequent glasses card for her. Buy 5 pairs get the 6th free. But I am very excited about your new Coach sunglasses that should be there soon! YEAH!!!
Sienna is not a shy child. Any time we go ANYWHERE she sits and waves at EVERYONE and says hi 100 times. This is just one more trait that I have no idea where it came from. She's very lucky to get to see so many people at the office. She has never been scared of people and has never been clingy. She will go with anyone who will take her. And if you don't give her attention, you are in so much trouble. She makes it her mission to get your attention!
After attending the hunting expo, we went to eat at Rodizio Grill... Sienna LOVED the cooked pineapple.
I came downstairs to find Sienna and daddy playing a little game. Sienna would drop something behind the couch, then turn to daddy and say "Uh-Oh" and daddy would then pick it up for her to do it all over again. She has been playing this game in her crib as well. I couldn't find any of her binkies so I looked behind her crib and found 13 of them hiding from me.

Sienna loves to be at the office, especially when kids come to play. Our cute patient Lyndi brought her little girl Ellie with her for her appointment. Sienna go so excited when they walked in the door. We put them both down and they went to hug each other, but ended up knocking each other over. Sienna ended up on the bottom, hitting her head on the hard cement floor and Ellie ended up on top of Sienna. They both started screaming.... When I say screaming I mean top of your lungs, holding your breath, hyperventilating screaming. It was really sad but also a little bit funny. They were very cautious while playing together after the tumble. You can tell by Sienna's face in this picture she was watching Ellie pretty closely.
I swear, I can not get this child to stop climbing things. She is such a helper, I don't know how I ever cleaned without her. She has taken a few tumbles, but she doesn't even care. She just gets back up and climbs it again.
That little face proves she knew she was in trouble.
This is what happens when I leave Sienna with Steve. He gave her the ENTIRE bag of crackers and of course she dumped them all over the floor. Then decided to do a headstand on top of them. I am still finding fish crackers 1 week later.

The Happiest Place on Earth (According to daddy)

We took Sienna to Cabela's for the first time this past Friday. Steve was really excited to take her there and was a little upset I didn't have her dressed up in her camo for the big event. She wasn't to sure about the fish but she liked looking at all the animals. The problem is, every time she sees anything that is an animal, she thinks it's a dog and starts barking. It's actually really cute. We have had several discussions about different animals, but she still likes to bark at all of them.

She wasn't 100% sure about the fish that kept swimming up to her.

For the Blog Stalker... The Pink Camo... We didn't buy it, maybe when she grows out of the green camo. I can't wait, maybe Aunt Kati has ribbon that will match?

Valentines Day

I taught her to smell the roses... She just wanted to rip the flower apart.

She makes an "ahhhh" sound when she wants a drink. This picture was taken the minute she saw daddy's Pepsi.
She always gets what she wants.

After about 10 minutes of swimming, she takes her daddy by the hand and walks around the pool. This is a nightly tradition.

We had a great Valentines day. Steve brought home dinner from La Casita. He also brought home roses, a new digital camera (YEAH) and a book for Sienna... Cute story, when Steve was looking for Sienna's Valentines day present he found a dress that he wanted to get her. The problem is, he doesn't have a clue what size she wears. He called my sister Kati and asked her if Sienna wore a 2T or a 3T. Kati just laughed and told him she wore a 12-18 month. Kati said he sound all disappointed that they didn't have a size to fit her. So, since the dress didn't work out he bought her a cute Dick and Jane book that has buttons you push to make different sounds. She LOVES it. There a doggy button and that is by far her favorite.

After dinner we went swimming. This is not a new event in our life, we take Bienna swimming every night but now I finally had a camera to take the pictures. So thanks Steve for a great Valentines day...

Box Her Up...

I find her sitting in the most random places. She looks so tiny in the picture!

It still keeps snowing!!!

Now that Sienna has learned to walk she refuses to crawl. I have not see her actually crawl for two weeks. She is getting so fast. She has to walk everywhere and she loves to take her daddy's hand and go for walks. Steve's such a sucker, he takes her wherever she goes. Now when Steve is getting ready to leave she walks over to him with her arms reaching up, giving him the puppy dog eyes to take her with him. It is so cute!!!

This is my new favorite pictures. I have never seen anyone who worships their daughter more than Steve-O.
The better puppy pictures.

I don't care if she wears camo, as long as she has her pink UGGS on.

Really, Does she have to climb up on everything?

Happy Birthday Kati

Happy Birthday Kati!!!!!!
I can't believe you are 24, what an amazing 24 years you have had. I wish I was as creative as you and then come up with a clever poem for you... I was so bummed that we couldn't make it down for your birthday party. You are a great sister and a great role model for me to look up to. You are so talented and the most amazing mother I have ever seen. I hope you had a great day. I'm sure you did because you were able to spend it with your kids and husband. I hope we can reschedule your party because I totally bought you a present this year!!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Are you Kidding me???

This morning we woke up to 16 inches of snow... Church was canceled... WOOHOO!!!! I think after my last post this is my form of punishment... Gotta love the snow days. We are going to just stay in all day and probably tomorrow and make cookies, take naps and watch the superbowl....
But on a side note... HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATI!!!! You're birthday post will be posted later today so I hope you look forward to that. Sorry your birthday party had to be canceled due to the freaking SNOW!!!!

Is Winter over yet?

So this winter has been HORRIBLE!!! We have got so much snow that it's ridiculous... I know we need it and all, but does it have to come all at once? We took pictures last night of how much snow we have so I will post the pictures when I get them... Since it's been so cold we have been inventing new things to do in the house... Let's just hope that winter ends soon. I am so very excited for summer. I can't wait to take Sienna to the park and for walks down our little walking trail... Oh how I wished I lived somewhere warm right now. Here's a little recap of the things we have been doing while stuck in the house.
Playing Salon with Mommy.
This tells you I give her a little too much Motrin. In my defense she has been getting 5 teeth at the same time.
Playing Peek-a-Boo
Climbing the couch.
Wrapping the princess in Bubble Wrap.
She thought this was great and laid there very patiently while daddy wrapped her up.
Then she wrapped herself in her blue diaper bags...
She pulled all these bags out of the little duck dispenser located behind her.
Climbed the stairs a few hundred times... We've only had one tumble back down the stairs.
Showing off her curly hair... Steve accomplished the one thing we told him to give the baby... CURLS!!!
Random picture I thought was cute...
Getting ready to go to the store. That's pretty much the only place we go.
My Little Monkey. She climbs on EVERYTHING!
